Description
"JOIN THE JIG IN CARDIFF WITH O’NEILL’S AND LATCH
Get your dancing shoes at the ready next Monday, March 15 2010, as O’Neill’s takes to the streets of Cardiff to give locals the chance to take part in its Join the Jig campaign and raise money for local children’s charity LATCH.
Taking place across city centre locations such as Queen Street and Working Street between 11am and 3pm, a troupe of Irish dancers and musicians will be providing passers-by with the chance to try their hand, and most importantly their feet, at a traditional Irish dance - all for a good cause.
Showing everyone how to perfect the Galway Reel will be performers from the Davis School of Dance and staff from the two Cardiff O’Neill’s pubs – on Trinity Street and St Mary Street. "

A Great Pub in St Mary Street Cardiff
A visit to our pub in St Mary Street Cardiff will help you understand why our customers like to come back time and time again. Some come for the pub food, while for others it's our live music. The one thing everyone agrees on is that we serve the best Guinness® and countless other great draught beers and ales. Perhaps you should find us and see which it is for you.
What We are Famous For...
Close to the station and Millennium Stadium, the atmosphere on match days is always electric. So, if you don't make it into the ground you can always watch the game on our big screens. All day breakfasts and Sunday roasts are fantastic food favourites, as well as craicing Irish and Indie bands that play here four nights a week in our music room. Not to mention the regular open mic evenings we hold for budding stars. The music room has a capacity of 500 and is also available for hire for private parties, meetings and functions.
A Warm Welcome When You Visit
There's always something new to enjoy whenever you visit. The only constant is that we'll always make sure you get a warm welcome and a cold beer. Come in for the great food, the live music, or for a perfectly poured pint of Guinness® or chilled Magners."
