Cardiff Bay is turning red next Wednesday evening 16th February in support of Red Nose Day. The public is being invited to join in the count down for the big switch on, and see the oval basin glowing red, the new Red Nose Day logo shine on the water tower and catch the WMC's famous inscription in a whole new light.
