This is a great food blog based in Cardiff and giving regular updates of recipies as well as best places to eat in Cardiff.

My favourite of all the recipes is the "Brown Bread Ice Cream" - which I even tweeted the blogger about because I thought it sounded so weird. I mean brown bread and ice-cream!?! hmmmm I don’t think I'm quite that adventurous yet!
