Krispy Kreme IS COMING TO CARDIFF

Finally the wait is over, Cymru is in for a sweet treat as Krispy Kreme arrives in Cardiff.  The Krispy Kreme Coffee Bar will open its doors at St David’s in April 2011, ready to set shopper’s taste buds a glaze.

For those that haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing a Krispy Kreme before, the signature Original Glazed® doughnut is a unique melt-in-the-mouth treat that serves as the perfect way to start.  You can choose from 16 delicious doughnut varieties including the Chocolate Dreamcake, Raspberry Glazed and Chocolate Sprinkles, beautifully presented in the iconic dotty box.  Accompanied by Krispy Kreme’s range of coffee, made from their unique blend of beans, the St David’s Krispy Kreme Coffee Bar will have treats for everyone.

“Cardiff is a great city and St. David’s is a unique and vibrant shopping destination which made it the perfect location for Krispy Kreme.  We have received a lot of requests from people in Wales asking when Krispy Kreme will be coming to them, so Cardiff was an obvious next step for us and we are very excited to be opening there.”

Krispy Kreme launched in the UK in Harrods 2003 amidst bustling queues and excited fans.  So make sure you beat the scrum of hungry shoppers visiting the capital and be one of the first Krispy Kreme fans in Cardiff to experience our delicious doughnuts.  Keep an eye out for our opening day announcement and ensure you are front row for a try!
